Why? the long term use of over the counter pain relief pills such as acetaminophen (ie. Brand: Tylenol, among many others) can cause liver damage. Don’t use any of them for more than a couple days at a time. It can hinder your body’s ability to repair your muscles.

  1. Sore muscle can also be cured by hot tub baths... I have studied that hot tubs can benefit a lot for people dealing with sore muscles. Egyptians used hot baths to ease pain and invoke relaxation by placing sizzling rocks into water. That's the reason people opt more to soak into hot water than trying any therapy ... because it relaxes the muscles more faster than anything else. If you people have a group then one can get renew 6 person hot tub spas so that you can enjoy your bath with your friends too and can relax their sore muscles too. So take care and bring a hot spa for easy way to treat your sore muscles.
